Turmeric is often used as a culinary spice. It is a plant native to Southern Asia, and is a member of the ginger family. Turmeric is a natural source of curcumin, which is its main active ingredient, and gives it its distinctive colour. Curcumin is a strong antioxidant, and has powerful anti-inflammatory effects. Traditionally it has been used for centuries as a digestive and a joint protecting supplement. The addition of black pepper is said to enhance the body's absorption of curcumin. 

INGREDIENTS:

Turmeric Root Powder (95% curcumin), Black pepper extract (95% piperine)

Excipients: Corn starch, Silica, Magnesium Stearate, Veggie Capsule Shell (HPMC).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Take two (2) capsules per day with meals, or as directed by a health care professional.
