Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise (obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Creatine).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
As a food supplement for maximum benefit adults take 20g a day for one week then reduce to 5g a day.
