Plant sterols or 'phytosterols' are compounds found naturally in various plant-derived foods. The most remarkable member of the phytosterol family is beta-sitosterol. Plant sterols/stanols contribute to normal blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8g of plant sterol/stanol.

How To Use

Take 2 capsules with water once or twice per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
