Fast UK Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day if in stock. They will be dispatched via a Royal Mail 2nd class service. Please remember that heavy items can take up to 5 days to be delivered by Royal Mail.

Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day.

Orders under £15 will incur a £1.95 postage & packaging fee. Orders over £15 will be free postage. If you require a 1st Class delivery which is 1-2 days (normally 1 day) then the postage charge will be £3.95.

Please note that once goods leave our premises they are in Royal Mail's hands. Royal Mail will try to deliver your goods. If unsuccessful they should leave a card to say that your parcel has been taken back to the sorting office. They do not always do this  so please check with your local sorting office if you have not received your goods.

Overseas Orders

Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched the same working day if in stock. They will be despatched via a Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail Service. Please allow 5 to 15 days to be delivered.

Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day.

Please Note: Postage on Overseas orders is now charged for by the weight of the parcel. Where postage is not shown on the website you will need to contact us for a quote. Please either email sales@hellenia.co.uk or call 01765 603816.

Duties and Taxes:

International orders may be subject to Import duties, handling fees and/or taxes which are levied once your package reaches your destination Country. We are unable to estimate them, and these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. You should check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.  By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United Kingdom) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will not be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
